USUAL CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 3 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS AT 11 A.M EST. If the cabin has been previously cleaned and is ready you may check-in early—just ask. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time. This is a NON-Smoking Cabin. Smoking in the Cabin will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
PAYMENT- Full payment is required at time of booking. Please make payments in the form of money order, cashiers’ check, paypal transfer or major credit/debit card, payable to Russell Diederich. The advance payment is not a damage deposit.
Guests are required to present a current valid photo ID and valid credit/debit card upon check-in. Guests understand and agree that their card will be charged in the event missing/damaged items discovered after their departure.
DAMAGE DEPOSITS – A damage deposit of $100 may also be required. The deposit is NOT applied toward the cost of your stay; however, it is fully refundable within (5 ) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to cabin or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
Keys are left on the kitchen table.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
NO PROPERTY, FURNISHINGS OR LINENS ARE MISSING, LOST OR DAMAGED.
No early check-in or late check-out.
The guest is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by Corning Vacation Rentals.
CANCELLATIONS-Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to a scheduled visit will only incur a 10% penalty. the remaining 90% will be refunded to your account
Cancellations that are made within 10 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Early departure does not warrant any refund.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY— The Maximum number of guests for MARSH CREEK CABIN is limited to four (4) persons. An additional charge or $30 per person per night for guests in addition to four (4) will be assessed.
THIS PROPERTY OFFERS A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. One night stays may be available but are subject to a higher rate.
INCLUSIVE FEES—Rates include a one-time linen-towel set-up. One time set-up of firewood for campfire.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPER SERVICE—While linens and bath towels are included in the cabin, daily housekeeper service is not included in the guest rate; however it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the cabin.
RATE CHANGES- Rates subject to change without notice.
ROOM TAX—We are required by law to charge, collect and pay sales tax—these taxes will be added to the base room rate.
PETS---Even the very best trained pets do shed hair. While we determine pets on a case by case basis, they create an extra level of cleaning for our housekeeping staff. It becomes our due diligent requirement to do extra cleaning after any guest that has brought a pet with them for a visit. We want to ensure that the guests that arrive after you have an extremely clean facility to enjoy. A $30 dollar per night, per pet is required to maintain that level of cleanliness. that extra money is given directly to our housekeeping staff to cover the extra cleaning time/expense after guests with a pet depart.
